How to set up the Accessibility menu on the platform ?

The platform allows you to activate the Accessibility menu, customize its content and publish it. To do so, please follow the steps below :

  1. From the administrator area, click on the “Settings” menu, then select the “Accessibility” option.



  1. A text box is provided for you to enter the information you wish to display. At the top of this area, the following message is displayed : "Complete the content of your accessibility page below. Click the button above to publish or unpublish it. Once published, it will be visible via a link in the footer. "



  1. Once you have entered the information in the text box, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.



  1. For accessibility to be visible on the public interface for candidates, it must be published by activating the “Publish” button in the top right-hand corner of your interface.



  1. On the public interface, the “Accessibility” button is visible at the bottom right of the screen.



  1. Click on this button to access the Accessibility page.



Notes
  1. You can deactivate the “Accessibility” button by unpublishing this page from the administrator area.
  2. If your platform supports several languages, it is important to translate the content of the Accessibility page into these different languages, so that candidates can access it whatever language they choose.
