Understanding the activity log 

The WIIN.io platform allows you to consult the activity log of your platform, and your programs.

What is the activity log?

The activity log is a kind of history of everything that happens on your platform, and on your programs. You can view the events of the last three months.

Where is the activity log?

The activity log can be found :
  • On the administrator interface

  • In the Activity Log menu
  • Or, within your program on the "Activity log" menu.

How does the activity log work?

The activity log includes:
  • A summary table of the events recorded on your platform / program

  • A filter to filter the different types of events (collaborator connection, deleting deposits, adding tags...)

  • A button to download the full archive of the platform/program activity

  • A button at the bottom of the page to load more events

The summary table

It lists:
  • The program's actions
  • The name of the person who initiated the action

  • The title of the action

  • The purpose of the action

The filter

You can filter by a particular program or event as:
  1. Authenticated user
  2. Tag added / deleted
  3. Message sent
  4. And many others...


The download button

This button allows you to download the complete archive to an Excel file.
