Archiving and deleting a program

How to archive and delete a program?


The WIIN.io platform allows to archive and delete your program(s).

Where is the option to delete and archive a program?

The option to archive and delete a program is found in : 
  • The platform's administrator area
  • The "Actions" field of the concerned program

The role of the delete and archive function

  • The Delete function is used to delete a program from the platform
  • The Archive function is used to put a program in the archive

How to apply the delete function?

Delete a program in the administrator area of the platform by clicking on : 

  • The three points of the "Actions" field

  • Delete


  • Confirm deletion action


The deleted program will therefore be placed in the "Deleted program" menu. 


The deleted program can be : 

  • Restored


Clicking on the three dots in the "Actions" field makes the program available again in the "Current program" menu. Clicking on "Restore" confirms the action.


  • Permanently deleted

Final deletion formats the program on the platform. Entering the word "DLT" confirms the final deletion action.

How to apply the archiving function?

Archiving a program is done in the administrator area of the platform by clicking on : 

  • The three points of the "Actions" field

  • Archive


  • Confirm archiving action


The archived program will therefore be placed in the "Archived program" menu

The archived program can be :

  • Restored : it makes the program available again in the current program menu
  • Permanently deleted : it deletes the program from the platform
