How do I change my platform's domain name ?

On your platform, you can modify the domain name.

This feature is only available to platforms with a PRO or CUSTOM subscription.

To change your platform's domain name, please follow these steps :

1. Log in to your Administrator area.
2. Click on "Settings".
3. Then select "General Settings".
   

1. In the "General settings" menu, click on "Edit" for the custom domain name.
   

1. Please enter "domain name" and click on "Save".
   

The domain name must not include 'https://' , 'http://' or 'www'. Please also note that the word WIIN must not be present in your domain or subdomain name and that spaces, accents and capital letters are not allowed.

1. Once you've clicked on "Save", you'll receive the following message: "Updated successfully".
   

1. Once the domain name has been registered, visit the administration console of your domain host, which manages the domain (com.undefined), and create a CNAME record with the value proxy-ssl.wiin.io . Verification at platform level may take a few minutes.

If you are not familiar with this information, please contact your technical team for assistance.

1. When you or a member of your technical team has filled in the CNAME entry on your DNS, all you have to do is click on the "Check status" button.
   

The verification should only take a few seconds. Once verification is complete, the domain name will be validated. 

You may be disconnected from the platform. In this case, simply reconnect using the domain name you've just validated.
