Setting up email templates

How to set up an email template?  



On the platform and within your programs, you may need to contact candidates for different reasons: to reactivate current applications, to notify them of results or other. For this, you can use the "Emails" functionality.

Role of e-mails on a program

You can send an email to :

  • Confirm the receipt of a file

  • Follow up candidates who have not finalised their applications

  • Notify candidates who are selected

  • Notify candidates who are successful

  • And much more...

This is where the "Emails" menu is located.




Email configuration

To create a new email, you must :

  • Click on "Create a new template".




  • Give your model a name

  • Create a subject line for the email that will be visible to the receivers

  • Customise your emails with "Dynamic Data".

  • Write the content of your email and save it




The "Action" menu

Through the "Action" menu, you can :

  • Modify your email

  • View your email

  • Test an email template

  • Delete your template




Sending the mail to candidates

To send this email to your candidates, you must :

  • Go to the "Applications" section

  • "Filter the candidates " to whom you want to send your email

  • Select the candidate(s) to whom you want to send your email

  • Click on the "Send Email" button




  • Select the email template you want to send

  • Click on "Send"
