How to create your account ?
To participate to the program, you must create an account on the platform.
Account properties
Creating an account allows you to:
- "Reconnect" at any time
- "Modify your information" provided
- "Receive notifications"
- "Receive reminders" about your case
Account creation process
To create your account, you must :
Click on the "Create an account" tab
- Fill in your "First name"
- Fill in your "Surname"
- Fill in an "Email address"
- Enter a "Password" which must be at least 12 characters long, contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters
- Check the "Terms of Use" box
- Click on "Register"
- You will be notified that your account has been registered
Confirming the creation of your account
To confirm the creation of your account, you must :
- Go to your "Inbox"
- Click on the "Confirm my account" button
To log in, you must :
- Fill in your "Mail" address
- Enter your "Password"
- Click on "Continue"
Log in
Once you are logged in :
- You have "Access to the platform"
- You will be able to "Submit your application"
- You can "Complete your information"
