Forms are integrated into the steps of your course. In this article we will look at how to create a form and then associate it with a step in your course.
To find your forms, simply go to your program in the "Forms" menu.
In the form menu you will find :
Existing forms on your "All Forms" program
An invitation to create a new form entitled "Create a form".
To create a new form, you must :
Click on the "Create a new form" button
Name your form
Click on "Save" to save your form
You are now on the form editor or "formbuilder". This is where you can build your form.
Different types of questions: short text, address, documents...
Different separators
Separators allow you to structure your form.
Drag and drop it onto the formbuilder
Your question appears in the form editor.
When you click on the question, it is circled in blue. You can now :
Change the title of the question
Add a description / subtitle to your question
Make the question mandatory
Activate a display condition
Each type of question has its own parameters.
" Decide on the size of the files "
"Decide on accepted formats" such as PDF, JPG, JPEG...
You can preview your form by clicking on the preview button on :
A computer by clicking on the "Preview on computer" option
Or a mobile phone by clicking on the " Preview on mobile " option
You can either duplicate, modify or delete your form. To do so, you just have to :
Click on "Modify" to return to the form
Click on the "Three dots" and then on "Delete" or "Duplicate" the form
The deletion actions on the platform include a written validation step.
To integrate your form into a step within your course, you must :
Go to the "Configuration" menu
Then on "Course"
Click on the small pencil to edit
Go to the step where you want to integrate your form
Unfold the step
"Select the form" you wish to include at this step
