Create customized views on the evaluation session dashboard

How do I create customized dashboard views for an evaluation session ?

In your evaluation session, as in the “Repositories” menu, you can create customized views on the dashboard. To do so, please follow the steps below :
  1. In the “Evaluations” menu, click on “Configure” to open your evaluation session.

  1. Click on the “More”(+) button and choose “Create a new custom view”.

This takes you to your view configuration page.
You can :
  1. Move the columns in your view: hold and move the column wherever you like.

  1. Hide default columns in your view by hovering your mouse over the column header, clicking on the Plus (+) button, then unchecking the boxes next to the names of the columns to be hidden.

  1. Display form questions by selecting the “Questions” tab and then the course name,

  1. Select the form containing the questions you wish to display.

  1. Check the boxes next to the questions you wish to display in your view.

  1. Display information on validation steps by clicking on the “Validation steps” tab and ticking the boxes next to the information to be displayed.

You can also apply filters to your view :
  1. With Filters/Default

  1. With Filters/Choices: these are the criteria for your evaluation session. For example, you can filter by a criterion such as grades (out of 10 points) where the grade is higher than 5.

  1. Now that you have configured your view, simply give it a name (top left of the page) and click on “Save” at the top right of the page to save it.

  1. Finally, you'll see this interface with the message “You are about to save this view with all the filters applied to it”, then simply click on “Save”.

And that's it! Your view is now available on the dashboard of your evaluation session.

You can mark a view as “default” so that it always appears first on the dashboard.
  1. To do this, click on the “...” and then on “mark as default”.

  1. You can create as many custom views as you like by following the same procedure and using the “Reorder view” button to rearrange them.
