Customize my email templates
How can I personalize the content of my e-mails?
On the platform, you can personalize your e-mails to send to your candidates. For that, you can use the functionality "E-mails".
In the "E-mails" menu :
- click on the email template you wish to modify or create a new template
- In terms of email content, you can add more dynamic data simply by clicking on "@" on the content.
- Here you'll find a drop-down list of all the dynamic data you can add to the content of your e-mail once you've clicked on "@".
- Then all you have to do is select the dynamic data to be added to your content. This could be the respondent's first name, or data from your forms such as the project title, for example.
- Dynamic data will be inserted as shown in the image below
Finally, click on "Validate" for the personalization to take effect.
