How to customize the ranking view of an evaluation session ?

In your evaluation session, you can customize the ranking view to display the information you want. To do so, please follow the steps below :

1. In the Rating menu, click on the “(+)” button, then on “Create a new custom view”.
   

This takes you to your view configuration page.  You can : 

1. Move the columns in your view: hold and move the column wherever you like.
   

1. Hide default columns: hover your mouse over the column header, click on the Plus (+) button and then uncheck the default columns to hide them in your view.
   

1. Add other columns: depending on the questions in your forms, select the form and questions you want to add to your view in the “Questions” tab.
   

1. Apply filters to your view: with filters/default and filters/questions
   

1. Add more columns: depending on validation steps
   

1. Now that you've configured your view, all you have to do is give it a name (top left of the page) and save it by clicking on the “Save” button at the top right of the page.
   

1. Finally, click on the “Save” button again to confirm that your customized view has been saved.
   

1. And that's it! Your view is now available.
   

You can mark a view as “default” so that it always appears first on the dashboard.

1. To do this, click on the “...” and then on “mark as default”.
