Dashboard statistics

How to analyse the statistics of the dashboard ?

The dashboard within a program allows you to have a global view of everything that is happening in real time on your program.

Structure of the Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an idea of:

  • Total number of applications : the total number of applications available on the program, regardless of status.

  • The number of applications in progress : the number of applicants who have started an application on the program

  • The number of applications awaiting action : the number of applicants who have completed an intermediate validation step, which requires your validation

  • The number of finalised applications: the number of applicants who have finally submitted their applications

  • The number of days remaining to file an application : the deadline for filing an application

  • The storage capacity used by your program : the weight of your program with all the documents submitted by candidates

  • The number of collaborators on your program : the number of people who have access to your program, whether as managers, evaluators or observers

  • The number of e-mails used : the number of e-mails sent from your program
