Dashboard statistics

Dashboard statistics

How to analyse the statistics of the dashboard?

The dashboard within a program allows you to have a global view of everything that is happening in real time on your program.

Structure of the Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an idea of:

  • The number of applications in progress: the number of applicants who have started an application on the program

  • The number of applications awaiting action: the number of applicants who have completed an intermediate validation step, which requires your validation

  • The number of finalised applications: the number of applicants who have finally submitted their applications

  • The number of days remaining to file an application: the deadline for filing an application

  • The storage capacity used by your program: the weight of your program with all the documents submitted by candidates

  • The number of collaborators on your program: the number of people who have access to your program, whether as managers, evaluators or observers

Diagram of the evolution of the number of responses

The graph shows the evolution of the number of responses over time. You can choose a day, week, month and year view.

Ongoing applications are shown in blue, and those that are finalised in green.

Status of responses

It is a step in a table, which shows the recent filings that have been started by the applicants, with a status of the responses of the course on the application.

Distribution of Tags

This table shows the distribution of tags on applications, which you have setup on your program. On the image below you can see :

  • The "Eligibility validated" tags

  • The "Selected" Tags

  • The "Retained" Tags

You can read the article on tags in our help centre for more information.

  • Unique choice

  • Multiple choice

  • Drop-down list etc

The information provided by the candidates on the course is used to constitute statistics. When you click on a step, you see :

  • The closed question

  • The number of responses to the question

  • The percentage of responses per question out of the total number of responses
