The different collaborator's roles

The different collaborator's roles

What are the different collaborative roles ?

On WIIN.io, you can work with your colleagues, inviting them to work with you on the same program.

There are three different roles on the platform:
  1. Owner
  2. Administrator
  3. Collaborator
When you click on the "Accounts" menu, you'll see a list of all your collaborators and their roles.

The role of the owner

The owner is the reference person for the platform, and has all the rights associated with it.

The role of the administrator

The administrator has access to :
  • All programs of the platform
  • The platform's configuration features (home page, legal notices, etc.)

  • The general view to follow the evolution of the different programs

The role of the collaborator

A collaborator can have several functions:

  1. Manager : The collaborator will have access to the configurations linked to a program.
  2. Observer: The collaborator will only be able to view repositories shared with him/her.
  3. Evaluator : The collaborator will have access to an evaluation session created beforehand, and will be able to rate shared repositories.

A collaborator does not have access to the administrator area !
