What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that supports thousands of the most popular applications, such as :
  • Google Sheets
  • Slack

  • Mailchimp
In just a few minutes, you can set up automated workflows (called Zaps), which connect your programs to the other applications you use most, to :
  • Save time
  • Reduce time-consuming tasks
  • Focus on your most important work

What is the role of Zapier?

Our integration with Zapier helps you easily transfer the data you collect on Wiin.io to over 2,000 services.
Zapier helps you to quickly transfer collected deposits to any other application you use, such as :
  • Automatically add applications to your CRM
  • Notify you via slack when certain submissions require administrator validation, etc.

How to use Zapier?

To use our zapier integration, you must have :
  • At least one basic subscription to the wiin solution
  • An administrator account with the necessary rights to create an automation rule

Once these conditions have been fulfilled :

  • Go to the Automations menu of your program
  • Select the Applications tab
  • Click on << Setup >> of "Zapier" as shown in the capture

How to create a new Zap?

Log in to Zapier through your account. If you do not have an account yet, please create one by clicking on this link.

Then, to create a new integration called Zap, select :
  • A trigger event (In our example we will select " Answer Submitted ")

  • A WiiN.io account to use (or connect a new wiin.io account). Click on "Continue".
  • A programme then a category

  • And finally click on "Test & Continue".

Define an action to be taken

An action is the operation to be performed in the application you have decided to connect to WIIN.io. Zapier will send the deposit data to this application. The setup will be different for each application you choose. The Zapier knowledge base is an excellent resource if you have problems at this step.
The example below is for Gmail.

Test your Zap

Once you have set up your action :
  • Check your summary on the test page
  • Click on << Test & Continue >>.
  • Check that it works

Name and activate your Zap

After the test, Zapier will ask you to activate your Zap.
Once the Zap is activated:
  • Go back to your wiin.io portal, in the program you just connected
  • Go to the menu Automation / Automation rules
The Zap must be in your rules.

Integrate your wiin.io account directly into Zapier

If WIIN does not directly integrate the application you want to integrate into its ecosystem, you can :
