Duplicating deposits
How do I duplicate a deposit?
At the program level, you can activate certain functions to suit your needs.
For example, you can activate the duplication of deposits.
Functionality menu
To activate duplication, go to your program's "Configuration" menu, then "Features".
Once on the menu, all you have to do is activate the feature.
Duplicating a deposit
Now that the functionality is activated, you can duplicate a deposit from the "Deposits" menu.
It's very simple :
- Open a deposit
- Click on the "Duplicate" button
- Set up duplication
You can configure :
- Change of deposit holder (choose a program collaborator)
- Duplicate questions/answers
- Duplicate tags
- Duplicate attached files
- Duplicate team members
- Allow candidates to see their submission duplicated on their profile
- Apply other tags
Once the configuration is complete, click on "Save" to save the duplication.
View duplicated deposits
A message confirms that the deposit has been duplicated.
You are redirected directly to the duplicated deposit. You can identify it by the information on the deposit :
- The duplication date
- The person who duplicated the deposit
- The original deposit
