Edit a deposit

How to edit a deposit?


Edit a deposit allows you to take over the information recorded on a respondent's file.

You may need to edit a deposit, to : 

  • Correct an information

  • Add to it
  • Or delete it
All modifications are recorded and reported on the repository.

How to do it ?

It is very simple. All you have to do is : 

  • Go to the deposits section
  • Select the file in which you want to modify the information



On the file, go to :

  • The steps part
  •  And on the form



  1.  Here you will have a modify button.



  1. When you click on it, you get this message  : You are going to modify some of the information deposited in this repository. Your changes will be applied instead of what the depositor has entered. They will no longer be retrievable. Would you like to continue ?



By clicking on the “Yes” button you will be able to :

  1.  Access candidate's answers
  2. Modify answer



  1. Here, for example, I will change the title of the project.



  1. When my modification is done, to save it, I will click here on Save.



  1. I validate, and my modification has been recorded.



  1. The respondent can see on his file, the modifications made. On the admin side, you can see when the last modification was made on the answer, right here.
