Email logging

Email logging

What is email logging ?

Email logging allows you to collect all the email sending events recorded over the last two months on your program. It will tell you whether or not an email has been delivered, opened or whether a link contained in the email has been clicked.

How do I use email logging?

  1. Go to the deposits menu, select the deposits to which you want to send an email, click on the email template you want to send, then on send.

  1. In the Email menu, then Logging, you will see a list of the emails sent by your program over the last two months.

  1. You can filter this list by the subject of your email. The subject is all the email templates in your program.

You can also filter the list by the status of your email.

You have several statuses :
  • Sent: this means that your email has been sent to candidates

  • Delivered: this means that the candidate has received your email

  • Open: this means that the candidate has opened the e-mail

  • Link clicked: this means that the candidate has clicked on the line in your email if there is one

  • Not delivered: this means that the user has either a firewall or spam preventing him from receiving the email

  1. Click on the "Download" button to export the log archive.

  1. Enter an email address and the system will provide you with a list of emails sent to this address.

  1. Click on the email to access its history.

You will see in the history :
  • The sender's and receiver's e-mail address

  • The date the email was sent
  • Email status
