Evolve your offer

How can I evolve my offer ?

On your platform, you can switch from one offer to another. Each package gives you access to certain functions, and you can switch from one package to another as your needs change. To do so, please follow the steps below :
  1. In the administrator area, click on the "Offers and plans" menu, then on "Upgrade my offer". 




Then you'll see this interface with the following message: "Change WIIN.io plan now. Upgrade to a higher plan to benefit from advanced features, or downgrade to a lower plan if your needs no longer require as many features. Please note that if you upgrade to a lower plan, you will no longer have access to certain features. Make sure you are well prepared for this transition."
  1. Click on the "Change plan" button.




You will be presented with an interface where you can choose the offer that suits you best (Basic, Pro, Plus ....) and the type of subscription you require (annual subscription or monthly subscription).

  1. If, for example, you choose the "Plus" offer with a monthly subscription, you'll receive an invoice for your choices at the same time. If this suits you, click on the "Next" button.



  1. You can then add more seats by clicking on the "+" button.



  1. Then scroll down the bar to select the number of seats to be added, and click on the "Next" button.



  1. You are now at the payment stage. First, please enter your billing address information. To do this, click on the "Modify billing address" button, then fill in all the required information.



  1. Then choose your payment method. You can add a credit card by clicking on the "+" button next to it, or opt for SEPA Direct Debit by clicking on the corresponding "+" button.



When choosing the credit card payment method, you will need to enter the following information, then click on the "Save" button:
  1. Cardholder's name
  2. Card number
  3. Expiry date
  4. CVC


  1. Once your credit card has been added, you will be able to view the added card information on the platform.



  1. If the payment is to be made using the SEPA Direct Debit method, you will need to fill in this mandatory information, then click on the "Save" button.



  1. Finally, to finalize payment, it is important to read the terms and conditions of the platform. Tick the boxes indicating that you have read and accept the general terms and conditions, the appendix relating to the processing of personal data and the terms of service of the WIIN.io service published by DAVESE SAS. In addition, tick the box stating "I accept the immediate execution of my order". Finally, click on the "Pay" button.



  1. When you click on the "Pay" button, if all the information is correct, you'll see this interface with the message: "Your order #Order number has been processed successfully!", and you'll have to click on the "Access the platform" button to return to the administrator area.
