How do I track exports?
On your platform, you have a menu that allows you to track your exports and avoid having to make the same export over and over again. This menu allows you to monitor and manage exports from the platform, providing greater visibility, regulatory compliance and better data management.
To do this, simply open your program and follow the steps below:
- Click on the “ Export tracking ” menu
Next, you have access to an interface with several columns :
- Type
- Status
- Percentage
- Number of elements
- Failed items
- Created by
- Start date
- End date
Once the status of your export is “ Completed ” and the percentage is 100%, click on your export, then on the download arrow.
Depending on the size of your file, this may take some time.
Your export download link expires in 30 days.
- Once you've downloaded the export, go to your computer's download menu and open it.
- You can download your export report by clicking on the “Download the export report” button.
- Once you've downloaded the export report, go to the Downloads menu on your computer and open it.
- If your export exceeds 4 GB, it will be split into several groups according to size.
- If your export fails, you will receive a “ Failed ” status.
- To restart failed exports, click on the status, then on the “ Restart manually ” button.
- You will then receive this message: “We will try to export the deposits that have failed. If the problem persists, be sure to check that the deposits still exist or contact the support.” Then click on “ Retry ”.
