It streamlines the design of evaluation sessions, organizes reviews and facilitates informed decision-making.

  1. How can WIIN.io help in my Workflow?

WIIN.io solution makes it easy to collect your application files, set up online assessments with your juries, digitize your selection processes, send emails to respondents, set up automations, etc.


  1. Are there tutorials available for using WIIN.io?

  1. Tutorials are available in our help center (https://help.wiin.io/portal/en/kb/help) and on our youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@wiinio9352/playlists).
  2. These help articles and tutorials can also be accessed at any time from your platform by clicking on the “Help” button available on all your platform's interfaces.

  1. How to contact a project Manager?

  1. To contact our team, we invite you to go directly to our online chat so that someone can get back to you quickly and share an online agenda of our project managers.
  2. It's easy to access our online chat. Just click on the “Help” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page once you're logged in on the admin side.

  1. Does the solution include a document sharing space

  1. You can ask your candidates to upload all kinds of files in the application forms (pdf, jpeg, jpg, docx, pwp, xlsx, mp4, mp3, wave, aac, ...).
  2. An internal space also enables you to add documents directly to the application files (these documents are not visible to the applicant).

  1. Is it possible to design the layout (color, logos, etc.)

You can easily customize your platform by modifying, for example :

  • Your platform name

  • Your logo

  • Your platform url

  • Your platform's color code


  1. Is it possible to evaluate projects for different external people to be able to give ratings and comments?

Yes, you can easily share projects with people outside your organization. Simply invite them as evaluators with their email address so that they can access the projects simply and securely.


  1. Your user account - Register on WIIN.io

Creating a User account is very quick, you must enter :

  • Your “First name

  • Your last name

  • Your e-mail address

  • Your “Password” which must be at least 8 characters long and contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

  • Accept the “Terms and Conditions”.

An e-mail will then be sent to you to validate your account.

To create a manager or evaluator account, the administrator must enter the e-mail address concerned, and the user's role on the platform.

As with the user account, an e-mail will then be sent to the person concerned to validate their account.


  1. Change my email address

You can change your account email address from your user menu.


      11. Change my Password

  1. You can change your password by using the “Forgot password” procedure.Choosing the emails I receive from WIIN.io
  2. WIIN.io does not make any commercial communication to the users of our solution. The only emails you may receive are system emails allowing you to use the platform (account validation, password reset).
  3. We also offer a newsletter to present our latest news, but you can unsubscribe at any time if you wish.

     12. I lost my Password; how can I log in?

You can change your password by using the “Forgot password” procedure.


    13. Can I use the trial and return to my Appsumo plan after that?

The Appsumo plan is only available on the app and is not offered from our website or in the plan change settings on the platform. We strongly advise you to use Appsumo to activate your lifetime plan

Our company is based in Paris, we've been existing since 2017.

  1. One of the main problems solved by the platform is the simple collection, analysis and evaluation of files using a single tool.
  2. Many of our customers used to receive applications by email, or even by post, or they used several tools to manage the collection, analysis and rating of applications received. Management was therefore very time-consuming and not very pleasant.
