Receive account confirmation email

I did not receive my confirmation email 



You did not receive the email to confirm your account? No problem, the platform gives you the possibility to generate a new one.

Verification step
Before generating a new account confirmation email, check if you did not receive it in your spam. If not, go to the login area and click on "I did not receive the validation email".

You must then :
  1. Check and enter the correct email address
  2. Click on "Receive a validation email"
A message will appear telling you that you have received an email to confirm your account.

Confirmation step

When you open the mail :
  1. Click on "Confirm my account".

You will be redirected to the platform with a message indicating that the account is confirmed.
