How to use a messaging system on a program?

The WIIN.io platform offers candidates the possibility to exchange messages with the administrators.

Where is the mailbox menu?

The mailbox is accessible from :

  • The candidate's profile
  • The mail menu of the administrator area

Messaging from the candidate interface

The messaging menu in this area is accessible from the candidate's profile. This part includes functions : 

  • My profile
  • My deposits
  • Messaging
  • Log off



The messaging function presents a list of the programs in which the candidate is registered. Each program provides access to : 
  • The message writing interface



  • The "Send" button



Messaging from the administrator interface

The “Messaging” menu displays messages in two tabs : 
  1. Unread messages


  1. All messages



On each deposit, you can
  1. View the conversation
  2. Write a reply and send it via the "Send" button 



  • The "Close this message box" function lets you end the conversation. The candidate will no longer be able to reply.
