How to use a messaging system on a program?
The WIIN.io platform offers candidates the possibility to exchange messages with the administrators.
Where is the mailbox menu?
The mailbox is accessible from :
- The candidate's profile
- The mail menu of the administrator area
Messaging from the candidate interface
The messaging menu in this area is accessible from the candidate's profile. This part includes functions :
- My profile
- My deposits
- Messaging
- Log off
The messaging function presents a list of the programs in which the candidate is registered. Each program provides access to :
- The message writing interface
- The "Send" button
Messaging from the administrator interface
The “Messaging” menu displays messages in two tabs :
- Unread messages
- All messages
On each deposit, you can
- View the conversation
- Write a reply and send it via the "Send" button
- The "Close this message box" function lets you end the conversation. The candidate will no longer be able to reply.
This messaging is end-to-end encrypted and is only visible to the sponsor and program organizers.Configure your portal 🚀
