A course is a succession of steps that constitute the application file, which you will be able to collect, analyse and why not have the selected files evaluated by evaluators.
The call to action button (by default entitled " Register ")
A description: eligibility criteria, reminder of the documents required on the application, etc.
The opening and closing dates of the course: outside these dates, candidates will not be able to access the course.
The course may include one or more steps of different nature such as:
A step type "Form"
One step of information in text and media type
An intermediate validation step
To finalise the application, the applicant must complete each step 100%, to access the final submission step and then click on "Final submission".
Go to the "Configuration" menu
Click on the "Course" menu
Click on the small pencil to enter your course settings
A settings sheet for your course will open. You can setup :
The title and a short description of your course
The call to action button
A start and end date for the course
A short description of your course
It is also on this " Course " menu that you will be able to organise the steps that make up your course.
The title of the step
The nature of the step: form, text and media, intermediate validation
The colour code of the step to view the statistics on the steps (dashboard menu)
The selection of the corresponding form for steps of type form
This is the last step of your course. It is compulsory because it is on this step that you will be able to setup :
The title of the step
The message Before and After submission of the file
The automatic sending of an email to candidates after submission of the application
Activate the possibility for applicants to download their application in PDF
Finally, you have two additional options as:
Limiting the number of responses: to impose a maximum number of applications per candidate
Activating the team participation: to allow the applicant to invite team members to come and help him/her to complete the application
