How to recover your password ?
Forgetting or losing your password is common. The platform gives you the possibility to recover it through different steps.
Verification step
- When you enter an incorrect password, the message "Incorrect login or password" appears.
You must therefore :
- Check that you have entered your "Email address correctly"
- Click on "Forgot your password"
Creation of a new password
To create a new password, you must :
- Fill in your "Email address"
- Check the box to make sure you're not a robot.
- Click on "Reset my password"
- A message will appear telling you that you have received an email to reset your password.
When you open the mail :
You click on "Reset your password"
- You go to the interface
- You "Create your new password" which must be at least 8 characters long, with upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters
- You "Confirm your password"
- Click on "Reset my password"
- Your password has been successfully reset, and you can now log in and continue browsing the platform.
- You are redirected to the login interface where you "Fill in your E-mail, your new password" before clicking on "Continue" to login.
- Your login will take you to the homepage of your program.
