How to recover your password ?

Forgetting or losing your password is common. The platform gives you the possibility to recover it through different steps.

Verification step

1. When you enter an incorrect password, the message "Incorrect login or password" appears.
   

1. Check that you have entered your "Email address correctly"
2. Click on "Forgot your password"
   

Creation of a new password

To create a new password, you must :

1. Fill in your "Email address"
   
2. Check the box to make sure you're not a robot.
3. Click on "Reset my password"
   

1. A message will appear telling you that you have received an email to reset your password.
   

When you open the mail :

• You click on "Reset your password"
  

1. You go to the interface
2. You "Create your new password" which must be at least 8 characters long, with upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters
   

1. You "Confirm your password"
2. Click on "Reset my password"
   

1. Your password has been successfully reset, and you can now log in and continue browsing the platform.
   

1. Your login will take you to the homepage of your program.
