Forgetting or losing your password is common. In this article, you will find different steps allowing you to create a new password to access your examiner interface again.
Forgot your password ?
When you try to log in with an incorrect password, the notification "Incorrect login or password" appears. You should :
Check that you have entered your Email address and Password correctly
Then click on "Forgot your password"
Password reset step
To reset your password, you must :
Fill in your email address and click on "Reset my password"
Check your email box
Click on "Reset your password" in the email in your inbox
Setting up the new password
In the new tab, you will setup a new password. This one must have :
At least 8 Characters
Special Characters (upper and lower case, and numbers)
