Recovering evaluator password
How to recover your examiner password ?
Forgetting or losing your password is common. In this article, you will find different steps allowing you to create a new password to access your examiner interface again.
Forgot your password ?
When you try to log in with an incorrect password, the notification "Incorrect login or password" appears. You should :
Check that you have entered your Email address and Password correctly
Then click on "Forgot your password"
Password reset step
To reset your password, you must :
Enter your email address, check that you are not a robot, then click on “Reset my password”.
- Check your email box
- Click on "Reset your password" in the email in your inbox
Setting up the new password
In the new tab, you will setup a new password. This one must have :
- At least 12 Characters
- Special Characters (upper and lower case, and numbers)
Connection step
To login to your interface:
Click on "Reset my password" after entering your New Password
Your password has been successfully reset
You click on "Sign in" to connect
- You can now access your appraiser interface again.
