How to recover your examiner  password ?

Forgetting or losing your password is common. In this article, you will find different steps allowing you to create a new password to access your examiner interface again.

Forgot your password ?

When you try to log in with an incorrect password, the notification "Incorrect login or password" appears. You should :

• Check that you have entered your Email address and Password correctly
  

• Then click on "Forgot your password"
  

Password reset step

To reset your password, you must :

• Enter your email address, check that you are not a robot, then click on “Reset my password”.
  

• Check your email box
  

• Click on "Reset your password" in the email in your inbox
  

Setting up the new password

In the new tab, you will setup a new password. This one must have :

1. At least 12 Characters
2. Special Characters (upper and lower case, and numbers)
   

Connection step

To login to your interface:

• Click on "Reset my password" after entering your New Password
  

• Your password has been successfully reset
  

• You click on "Sign in" to connect
  

1. You can now access your appraiser interface again.
