Relaunch the invitation to collaborators

How to re-invite collaborators ?

On the Wiin.io platform, you can invite your collaborators directly at program level (manager, evaluator, observer).
When you invite your collaborators, they must confirm the invitation in order to log in. If they don't do so within 2 weeks, you'll have to re-invite them."

How do I re-send an invitation ? 

To relaunch an invitation, go to :
  1. In your program  
  2. In the "Collaborators" menu



  1. On the " Pending Invitation " tab




To relaunch your invitation, click on : 
  1. The collaborator(s) concerned
  2. The three dots in the "Actions" column
  3. The "Resend invitation" function



  1. Click on "Yes, resend invitation" to confirm the action.



  1. The message "Invitation sent successfully" confirms the reminder.



  1. Collaborators receive a new invitation in their e-mail inbox.


The returned invitation is valid for two (2) weeks.
