Relaunch the invitation of team members

How to re-invite team members ?

On the WIIN.io platform, the administrator can invite colleagues to manage his or her career path.
When you invite your collaborators, they must confirm the invitation in order to log in. If they fail to do so within 48 hours, you'll need to re-invite them.

How do I re-invite team members? 

To relaunch an invitation, go to :
  1. In the administrator area  
  2. In the "Team members" menu



  1. On the " Pending Invitation " tab




To relaunch your invitation, click on : 
  1. The collaborator(s) concerned
  2. The three dots in the "Actions" column
  3. The "Resend invitation" function



  1. Click on "Yes, resend invitation" to confirm the action.



  1. The message "Invitation sent successfully" confirms the reminder.



  1. Collaborators receive a new invitation in their e-mail inbox.




Notes
The returned invitation is valid for two (2) weeks.
