How do I send a password reset email ?

On your platform, you can help your collaborators and candidates to reset their password if necessary. This can be done either on the administrator interface, or program-wide for employees, but only on the administrator area for public accounts.

How do I send a password reset email to a collaborator account ?
  1. To send a password reset e-mail to a collaborator account, click on the "Accounts" menu and select "Team members". 


  1. Next, click on the collaboration account, then on the " Send a reset e-mail " button.



  1. You will receive a message saying: "You are about to send a reset e-mail to this account. The recipient will be able to set a new password. Would you like to continue? "Click on " Yes, resend invitation ".



  1. Once the invitation has been returned, you'll see this message: " Invitation sent successfully "



How do I send a password reset e-mail to a public account ?
  1. To send a password reset email to a public account, click on the " Accounts " menu and select " Public portal accounts ". 



  1. Next, click on the candidate's account and then on the " Send reset e-mail " button.



  1. You will receive a message saying: "You are about to send a reset e-mail to this account. The recipient will be able to set a new password. Would you like to continue? "Click on " Yes, resend invitation ".



  1. Once the invitation has been returned, you'll see this message: " Invitation sent successfully ."

How do I send a password reset e-mail to an employee account ?
  1. To send a password reset email to a collaborator account, click on the "Collaborators" menu.


  1. In the " Action " column, click on the three dots, then on " Send a reset e-mail ".



  1. You will receive a message saying: "You are about to send a reset e-mail to this account. The recipient will be able to set a new password. Would you like to continue? "Click on "Yes, resend invitation".



  1. Once the invitation has been returned, you'll see this message: " Invitation sent successfully ."
