- Click on the “Continue” button to create the gallery. You can name your gallery anything you like.
- Then click on the “Add an answer to the gallery” button to access the list of deposits received on your program.
- Don't hesitate to use the default filters and those by question, to select deposits more easily.
- Click on the “Add respondents to gallery” button to add the selected deposits.
- Then click on the “Continue” button
- You see the respondents selected and added to the gallery.
- If you wish to remove a deposit, select it and click on “Remove from gallery”.
- Then confirm the deletion by entering “DLT”, then click on the “Yes, delete” button.
Click on “Settings” to access the available configurations. You need to select both display information (that which will be used to present the projects) and additional information to help you understand each application.
- Configure the route by clicking on the little pencil on the right.
Customize the information you wish to display on the gallery.
Thumbnail display :
- Thumbnail title
- Image
- Description
- Display additional information by clicking on the orange arrow to add it to the column of questions displayed.
- Click on “Save” to save your settings.
- You can customize the title and presentation text of your gallery, then click on “Save” to save the information.
You can activate these options :
- Display deposits randomly
- Add filters to depot display
- Activate map
- Click on “Return to the list of galleries ” to go back.
- Click on “Return to list of galleries” to go back
Once back on the list of your galleries, you can also click on the three dots in the “Actions” column to :
- Configure
- Publish/Unpublish
- Rename
- Duplicate
- Delete gallery

You will see “Published” under your gallery if it has been successfully published.
How does the gallery look on the public interface ?
- Click on “View” to access your gallery on the public interface.

You can share the URL of this page directly on your networks.
- Click on a project to open it.
- Each project contains the information you wish to make public in the gallery.

users can share projects by clicking on “Copy link” in the top right-hand corner.
