Submit a deposit as administrator

How to submit a deposit as an administrator ?

On your platform, as administrator, you have the option of definitively submitting the deposits of candidates whose status is "in progress". This option is also available to you when you validate each stage of the process.

To do so, please follow the steps below :
  1. Open the "Deposit" menu.
  2. Select the deposit to be submitted.
  3. Click on "Validate the step". 

  1. The message "Step successfully validated" confirms that the stage has been validated.


  1. After validating each step, click on the last one.


  1. Then click on "submit deposit".


You will receive a message indicating that this will submit the deposit definitively. Are you sure you want to continue ?
  1. Then click on "Yes".

  1. Once the deposit has been submitted, you'll see this interface displaying the name of the person who validated the deposit, as well as the date and time.



Once the deposit has been validated, submission activates the emails linked to the stage, as well as the automations associated with the change in deposit status.
