How do I use chat?

On your platform, you can contact support using chat. Platform chat is your direct link to our support team. It enables you to get help quickly, ask questions and solve problems instantly.

To access the chat please follow the steps below :
  1. Click on the "Help" button at the bottom right of your screen



  1. Then click on the "Chat Now" button 



  1. Enter the text to be sent, then click on the send arrow




Once your message has been sent, our team has 60 seconds to reply. If not, we'll get back to you by e-mail within 24 hours. 
  1. Once you've spoken to support, you'll need to close the chat by clicking on the "red" button.



  1. Then click on the "End" button



  1. You can leave your degree of satisfaction by clicking on the emoji of your choice, enter your comment, then click on the arrow to send.




Our support team is operational every day, except weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours :
  1. Morning : 08 : 00 AM to 12 : 30 AM
  2. Afternoon : from 2 : 30 PM to 5 : 30" PM
