The depot activity log

What is the depot activity log ?

The depot activity log is a detailed record of the actions and events that occur in the program in relation to this depot. It enables you to track, monitor and analyze all interactions and modifications related to this depot during its processing. This log provides a chronological view of operations performed on the depot and changes to its status.

Where can I find the depot activity log?

To find the depot activity log, proceed as follows : 
  1. Go to the program's Depot menu.
  2. Click on the chosen depot.
  3. Select Activity log.



How does the depot activity log work?

The depot activity log includes : 
  1. A table summarizing the events recorded in the depot
  2. A filter to filter the different types of events  
  3. A button to download the full archive of repository activity




The summary table

It lists : 
  1. Deposit actions
  2. Name of the person who initiated the action 
  3. Action title
  4. Action purpose

The filter

You can filter by a particular event : 
  1. Authenticated user 
  2. Tag added / deleted 
  3. Message sent 
  4. And many more...
