What is the program activity log ?

The program activity log is a detailed record of actions and events occurring within a program. It is used to track, monitor and analyze program behavior during operation. The log provides a chronological view of operations performed, errors encountered, status changes, and interactions with the user or other systems.

Where can I find the program activity log ?

The program activity log can be found :
  1. Within the program 
  2. In the Activity log menu




How does the platform activity log work ?

The program activity log includes : 
  1. A table summarizing the events recorded on your program
  2. A filter to filter the different types of events (collaborator connection, deposit deletion, tag addition...) 
  3. A button to download the complete archive of program activity
  4. A button at the bottom of the page to load more events 




The summary table

It lists : 
  1. Program actions
  2. Name of the person who initiated the action 
  3. Action title
  4. Purpose of action

The filter

You can filter by a specific event: 
  1. Authenticated user 
  2. Tag added / deleted 
  3. Message sent 
  4. And many more...
