The program activity log
What is the program activity log ?
The program activity log is a detailed record of actions and events occurring within a program. It is used to track, monitor and analyze program behavior during operation. The log provides a chronological view of operations performed, errors encountered, status changes, and interactions with the user or other systems.
Where can I find the program activity log ?
The program activity log can be found :
- Within the program
- In the Activity log menu
How does the platform activity log work ?
The program activity log includes :
- A table summarizing the events recorded on your program
- A filter to filter the different types of events (collaborator connection, deposit deletion, tag addition...)
- A button to download the complete archive of program activity
- A button at the bottom of the page to load more events
The summary table
It lists :
- Program actions
- Name of the person who initiated the action
- Action title
- Purpose of action
The filter
You can filter by a specific event:
- Authenticated user
- Tag added / deleted
- Message sent
- And many more...
Download button
This button lets you download the complete archive as an Excel file.
