Using messaging
How to use the messaging system ?
You can use the messaging system if you have a question about your file or the initiative you're taking part in. To access it, just :
- Click on your profile in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Messaging
- Then you have a list of your exchanges on all the programs in which you have participated.
- You'll need to choose your folder for a program, and this will give you access to a message-writing area for writing to the organizer, with a "Send" button for sending the message you've written.
- The administrator will then receive your message and reply.
- The reply will appear in your discussion
- You will also receive an e-mail notification when the organizer replies, informing you of the organizer's response.
