How do I switch to evaluator mode as an administrator ?
You can act as an evaluator for a program while maintaining your administrator status and evaluating candidate files.
To do so, please follow these steps :
Click on your program's "Evaluations" menu.
Click on "configure" to open the evaluation session
Once in the evaluation session, select the "Evaluators" submenu and click on "Add evaluators".
Then tick the box next to your name and click on "Add evaluators to the review session".
Finally, click on the "Continue" button.
You are now a program evaluator, while retaining your administrator status.
It is now necessary to add depots to the evaluation session, and then assign them to you. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Select the "Deposits" submenu and click on "Add deposits".
Next, select the repositories to be added by ticking the box next to them, then click on "Add respondents to the exam session".
You will see a message notifying you of the number of deposits added to your session. Click on "Continue
You have just added the folders to your evaluation session
Now it's time to allocate deposits. To do this, proceed as follows :
Please select the deposits you wish to assign and click on "Assign to evaluators".
Check the box next to your name and click on "Assign".
You will see a message notifying you of the number of deposits allocated to your account.
To switch from administrator mode to evaluator mode, click on your profile in the top right-hand corner, where you will find the "Switch to examination mode" button.
You are now in evaluator mode and can rate files. To return to administrator mode, click on your profile again.
