Create a public vote session

How to create a public voting session?


The public voting allows to identify the projects that are preferred by the public

Process for creating the public vote session

To create a public voting session, you must :

  • Enter the " Evaluations " menu and click on " Create a new session ".


  • Choose a public evaluation by clicking on "External Evaluation".


  • Name your session and click on "Continue" to enter the public voting menu


Presentation of the public voting session on the administrator's side

The dashboard section gives you a summary of the actions taken on your evaluation session.

On the administrator side you can :

  • See the number of votes

  • See the number of people who voted

  • See the number of votes attributed

  • Sort your list in ascending or descending order

  • Identify the files that received the most votes

  • See the number of days remaining to vote


Piloting the public voting session

  • In the section " Deposits in the session " you can add the deposits visible to the public


  • The "Voters" section shows you the number of voters


Display of the public voting session

The "Display" section allows you to select information to share with the public to help them appreciate the different respondents.


The parameters of the public voting session

This section allows you to setup : 

  • The presentation text

  • The number of votes per voter

  • The design of the voting button 

  • The starting date for voting

  • The end date for voting


Configuration of the public voting session

You will setup the information you want to show on each of the files submitted to the public vote. To setup the public vote, you need to :

  • Fill in the Title of the thumbnail

  • Add an Image

  • Add a Description

  • Search for all the information to be displayed on each file

  • Click on "Save" to enter the public vote menu


Presentation of the session on the public interface

On the public interface, you will find a presentation text to introduce your voting session. Click on the interaction button to access the candidates.


To vote for a candidate, select a file and press "Vote for this project".


To confirm your vote, you must :

  • Fill in an "Email address" and then click on "Send".


  • Copy and paste the validation code received by email on the platform


  • Validate the vote by clicking on "Validate".
