The public voting session allows you to identify which projects are preferred by the public.
How to create a public voting session
To create a public voting session, you must :
Enter the “Evaluations” menu and click on “Create a new session”.
Choose a public evaluation by clicking on “External Evaluation”.
Name your session and click on “Continue” to enter the public voting menu.

The dashboard section summarizes the actions carried out on your evaluation session.
On the administrator side, you can :
View the number of voters
View the number of votes allocated
View the number of days left to vote
View number of votes
Managing the public voting session
In the “Repositories” section, you can add repositories visible to the public
The “Voters” section shows the number of voters.
Viewing the public voting session
The “Display” section lets you select the information to share with the public to help them appreciate the various respondents.

Configuring the public voting session
You are about to configure the information you want to appear on each of the files submitted for public voting. To configure the public voting session, you must :
Fill in the Thumbnail Title
Add an Image
Enter a Description
Search for all information to be displayed on each folder
Click on “Save” to enter the public vote menu
Session presentation on the public interface
On the public interface, you'll find a presentation text to introduce your voting session. Click on the interaction button to access the candidates.
To vote for a candidate, select a file and click on “Vote for this project”.
To confirm your vote, you must :
Enter an “Email address” and click on “Send”.
Copy and paste the validation code received by email onto the platform
