Hide public vote

How to hide the public vote ?

By default, when you publish a public vote, it is accessible on your program's presentation page. You can hide the vote by activating this option. Only users with the link will be able to access it.

To hide the public vote, please follow these steps :
  1. Click on the "Evaluations" menu in your program



  1. Select the external evaluation session (Public vote) and click on "Configure" to open it.



  1. Once in the external evaluation (public vote), select "Settings" and activate the "Hide vote" option by clicking on the button next to it.



  1. Finally, click on "Save" for the settings to take effect.



  1. The public vote is now hidden and no longer appears on your program presentation page.



  1. You can retrieve the URL of the public vote by clicking on "Copy link".
