Create a customized dashboard

How to create a customized dashboard ?

Within a program, the dashboard gives you a global view of everything that's happening in real time on your program. On the wiin.io platform, you can create customized dashboards according to your needs. To do so, please follow the steps below:
  1. In your program, click on the “Dashboard” menu

  1. Click on the “+” button next to the Default dashboard tab, then on “Create a custom dashboard”.

  1. Name your dashboard. In our example, we've named it “New dashboard”, then save it by clicking on the “Save” button.

  1. Once the name has been registered, an interface opens, offering three default widgets for configuring your personalized dashboard, with an “Add widget” button for adding others as required.

Configuring a widget

When customizing your dashboard, it's essential to configure widgets correctly so that they display the information relevant to your needs. To do this, please follow the steps below:
  1. Click the "+" button on the widget

An interface opens, in which you need to :
  1. Name the widget: give it a clear and explicit title to quickly identify its content.
  2. Choose the type of widget (by default, the "Counter" format): depending on the information to be displayed, select the appropriate format (Counter or Graph).
Notes
The Counter displays a key figure in real time. It can be a predefined KPI (e.g.: number of finalized files, pending files, etc.) or a customized counter based on a filter you define (e.g.: files submitted by a specific department).
The Graph enables you to visualize the evolution or distribution of your data in the form of diagrams: bars, lines, histograms, pie charts, etc.

When selecting the "Counter" widget type, the counter type must be specified:
  1. In the case of the "Default counter",

  1. Select an item from the list of counters: in our example, we've chosen “Total number of deposits”.

  1. Once you've chosen your information, click on the “Save” button to save it. The widget will then be visible on your interface.

  1. In the case of the “Custom counter”,

  1. Select the input data by applying the filters according to your requirements. In our example, we've highlighted finalized deposits.

  1. You can add several filters by clicking on “Add a new filter”.

  1. Once you've chosen your information, click on the “Save” button to save it. The widget will then be visible on your interface.

  1. By choosing the “Graph” widget type, you can :

  1. Select your data by applying filters. In our example, we have selected deposits with the status In progress .

  1. Group by tag, by evaluation session or by choice question on your form. In our example, we've chosen to group by tag.

  1. Select the options to specify the desired tags. In our example, we've chosen three tags: Selected, Not selected and Not finalized.

Once you've chosen the information you wish to display on your widget, a preview appears in the Widget Preview section.

You can choose to have this displayed as :
  1. Lines

  1. Bars

  1. Camemberts

  1. Once you've determined the shape of your diagram in the Widget Preview section (we've chosen pie chart for the example), you'll need to save your widget by clicking on the “Save” button. Your widget will then appear on your personalized dashboard.

  1. You can add more widgets than the default three by clicking on the “Add widget” button.

  1. You can resize or move the widget.

  1. Once you've configured as many widgets as you need, save your customized dashboard by clicking on the “Save” button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Once you have saved your customized dashboard, click on the three dots in front of it to perform the following actions:
  1. Set as default
  2. Modify
  3. Download as PDF
  4. Duplicate
  5. Update
  6. Delete
