  1. Select one of the three actions depending on what you want.
By selecting the option :
  1. A submission is evaluated by an assigned evaluator: this means that each time a submission is evaluated by an evaluator, automation will be triggered.
  2. A submission is evaluated by all assigned evaluators: this means that each time a submission is evaluated by all the evaluators to whom it is assigned, the automation will be triggered.
  3. The evaluation session is complete: this means that automation will only be triggered when all reviewers in that session have finished evaluating all submissions assigned to them.
In our case, we opted for the “Evaluation session is complete” option.

  1. In our example, we selected “Session” as the evaluation session and chose the action “The evaluation session is complete.”

  1. After selecting the evaluation session and action, you must now add an operation to finalize the trigger configuration. To do this, click the “Add an operation” button.
