How to configure the “Send email” action in an automation ?
In the process of configuring an automation, it's important, once you've selected the trigger, to associate it with an operation containing the actions to be executed. In this article, we'll show you how to configure the “Send e-mail” action. To do so, please follow the steps below:
Define recipient roles (i.e. who should receive the selected e-mail template)
Or add recipients' e-mail addresses directly
The “deposit owner” (in the user drop-down list) corresponds to the candidate accounts.
Save your action configuration by clicking on the "Save" button below.
You've just finished configuring the “Send e-mail” action. All that remains is to enter the name of your automation, bearing in mind that this action is linked to a trigger in order to create an automated process.
Finally, save your configuration by clicking on the “Save” button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Your automation is now displayed in the Automation menu
