An operation consists in testing a condition or performing an action. There are 3 types. We have actions, conditions and advanced conditions.
Actions
An action consists in making changes to a system. We find actions such as :
Send an e-mail, this action sends an e-mail to the people entered.
Make an HTTP request, this action sends a Slack notification.
Don't forget to link your Slack account to your platform !
Add or remove tag, this action adds or removes a tag from a repository.
Add to an evaluation session, this action adds a repository to an evaluation session.
Conditions
Actions will only be executed if all previous conditions are satisfied. There are :
A condition on the tags field, to check whether tags are present on a repository.
This condition only works for the following event(s): Response tagged.
A condition on the current stage, to check whether the current stage of a deposit corresponds to a particular stage on your route.
A repository field condition, which allows you to check via a filter whether a repository meets certain criteria based on different sources of information (status, tag, answer to a question on a form, etc.).
Advanced conditions
Advanced conditions let you create conditions with multiple scenarios.
You can then choose which actions will be carried out according to the chosen conditions.
