What is automation ?
Automation is a menu item on the administrator interface. It allows you to use triggers to perform operations .
What is a trigger ?
A trigger is an event that occurs in the system. Selecting a trigger enables one or more actions to be executed. The different triggers are :
Response created : This rule is triggered when a new response is created
Reply deleted : This rule is triggered when a response is deleted
Response validated : This rule is triggered when a final sending step is validated
Response awaiting validation : This rule is triggered when a defitinive sending step is awaiting validation
Response rejected : This rule is triggered when a final send step is rejected.
Response submitted : This rule is triggered when a final send step is validated.
Message received : This rule is triggered when the administrator received a new message from a candidate.
Tagged response : This rule is triggered when a tag is applied to an application.
Commented application : This rule is triggered when a comment is added to an application.
Request for deletion of a deposits : This rule is triggered when a candidate make a deletion request for a deposit.
Scheduled date : This rule will run on the scheduled date. You must select the repositories on which the rule is to run.
Payment Received : This rule is triggered when a candidate made a successful payment.
Evaluation completed : This rule is triggered when an evaluator has evaluated an application.

What is an operation ?
An operation consists in testing a condition or performing an action.
The different conditions/actions are :
New action : Actions make changes to the system
Planned actions: Scheduled actions run in the future based on the configured duration.
New condition : Actions will only be executed if all previous conditions are true.
New advanced condition : Make conditions with several scenarios
To set up an automation, follow the steps below :
- In your program, click on the “Automation” menu.
- Then click on the “Create a rule” button.
The “Create a rule” button gives access to the configuration area, where you can select a trigger and add an action by clicking on the “Add operation” button.

- Click on “Add an operation” to access the actions interface.
New action : Actions modify a system.
Selecting this action allows you to :
- Send an e-mail : This action sends an e-mail to specified users.
- Make an HTTP request : This action allow to makes a post-type HTTP request to a specific Url.
- Send a slack notification : This action allows you to send a slack notification.
- Add or remove a tag : This action allows you to add or remove a tag on a deposit.
- Add to an evaluation session : This action adds a deposit to an evaluation session.
- Planned actions : Scheduled actions run in the future based on the configured duration.
