What is automation ?

On your platform, automation is a menu that allows you to create processes using triggers to automatically execute tasks or operations created upstream.

How do I configure automation ?

To configure automation, follow these steps :

In your program, click on the “Automation” menu.

Then click on the “Create a rule” button.

You will then be taken to an interface showing the triggers available for setting up your automation. You will then need to choose the trigger that best suits your needs.

After selecting your trigger and finalizing the configuration, your automation will appear in the “Automation” menu.

To edit an automation, click on the three dots to the right of it, then select “Edit.”

Editing an automation may cancel its future executions if the defined rules or conditions are changed.

To view executions, click on the three dots, then select the “Execution” option.

Executions are only visible for two weeks after they are triggered.

The “Scheduled Rules” option allows you to view scheduled automations that use the “Scheduled” action.

Planned rule executions are only visible for two weeks after they are triggered.

To deactivate your automation, simply click on the “Deactivate” button.

To delete your automation, simply click the “Delete” button.

Then click “Continue.”

Deleting or disabling an automation cancels all upcoming or scheduled runs.
