The different types of triggers

What is a trigger?

A trigger is an event that occurs in the system. By selecting a trigger, you will be able to execute one or more actions.

To find triggers, you need to :
  1. Go to your program's "Automation" menu and click on "Add a rule".

You then have the list of triggers available on the platform :
  1.  Submission created : This rule is triggered when a new submission is created.
  2. Submission deleted: This rule is triggered when a submission is deleted.
  3. Submission validated: This rule is triggered when an intermediate final submission step is validated.
  4. Submission pending approval: This rule is triggered when a final submission step is pending approval.
  5. Submission rejected: This rule is triggered when a final submission step is rejected.
  6. Submission finalized: This rule is triggered when the last final submission step is validated.
  7. Message received: This rule is triggered when the administrator has received a new message from a candidate.
  8. Submission tagged: This rule is triggered when a tag is applied to a submission.
  9. Tag removed from submission: This rule is triggered when a tag is removed from a submission.
  10. Submission commented on: This rule is triggered when a comment is added to a submission.
  11. Request to delete a submission: This rule is triggered when an applicant requests to delete a submission.
  12. Scheduled date : This rule will run on the scheduled date. You must select the submissions on which the rule should run.
  13. Payment received: This rule is triggered when an applicant has successfully made a payment.
  14. Evaluation completed: This rule is triggered when an evaluator has evaluated a submission.
