Invite an administrator to the platform

How do I invite an administrator to the platform ?

On the Wiin.io platform, you can invite administrators at the platform level. To do so, go to the administrator area,
  1. click on the “Accounts” menu, then on the “Invite a team member” button.



  1. You have two options : send a single invitation or a group invitation. 



For a single invitation

  1. Click on the “Single invitation” button.



  1. You will then need to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite, select the administrator role, and click on the “Invite” button.



Notes
The administrator will then receive an email and must click on the link in that email to access the platform.
  1. You can add multiple administrators at once by clicking “Add.”



  1. After filling in all the administrator details, click on the “Invite” button to send the invitations.



For a group invitation

  1. Click on the “Group invitation” button.



  1. Select the administrator role, the desired language, and then click the “ Following ” button.



  1. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite, then click the “ Following ” button.



  1. Finally, a summary interface displays the email addresses entered and the selected administrator role. To confirm the invitation, click on the “Invite” button.



Notes
Administrators then receive an email invitation to join the platform and must click on the link in the email to access it.
  1. You can track pending invitations from the “Pending Invitations” menu.
The status of the email indicates : 
  1. Confirmed: the administrator has accepted the invitation and has access to the platform.
  2. Unconfirmed: the administrator has not yet accepted the invitation.



By clicking on an administrator, you can :

  1. Update their role (change from administrator to collaborator) by clicking on the “Edit” button.



  1. Select the new role, then click “Save.”
