To invite a collaborator, go to the collaborator menu, then click on "Invite a collaborator" at the top right of your screen.
You will then need to fill in the email address of the person you wish to invite, and his/her role.
There are three roles on the platform:
The observer role
The evaluative role
The managerial role
The role of the manager is to manage one or more programs assigned to him/her. Their role may be to manage files, respond to applicants via email, make changes to the program, or set up email templates for applicants.
The evaluator can only have access to the files you share with him/her. His/her role is to consult and score the files according to a scoring grid setup by the managers.
The observer can also only have access to the files you share with them. Their role is therefore simply to look at the files, not to note them.
Once you have entered all your collaborators, click on the "Invite" button to send the invitations.
Collaborators then receive an invitation to join the platform by e-mail.
You can follow the current invitations from the "current invitations" menu.
Collaborators who have accepted the invitation and created their accounts appear in a table in the image above.

Update your role
Remove it permanently from the program
