On the Wiin.io platform, you can invite collaborators on a platform-wide basis. To do so, access the administrator area,
Click on the “Accounts” menu, then on the “Invite a team member” button.
Then enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to invite, select their role, and click on the “Invite” button.
The collaborator will then receive an e-mail and will have to click on the link in this e-mail to access the platform.
Once the collaborator has been invited, he/she will need to be assigned a program(s). To do this, click on the collaborator's name, then on “Associated programs”, and finally on “Program”, which will give you access to the list of programs available on the platform.
You will then see the list of programs available on your platform. Click on the program(s) you wish to assign to the employee.
Once the program(s) to be assigned to the collaborator have been chosen, he/she will need to be assigned a workgroup on the selected program(s).
What are the workgroups on the platform?
There are three workgroups on the platform :
The observer
Evaluator
Manager
The manager manages one or more programs assigned to him/her. His or her role may be to manage files, reply to candidates via e-mail, make program modifications or set up e-mail templates for candidates.
The evaluator only has access to the files you share with him/her. His or her role is to consult and grade the files according to a grading grid configured by the managers.
Observers also only have access to the files you share with them. Their role is simply to consult the files, not to grade them.
