How to export the selected files?

This is an important step in managing and selecting your deposits.
Exporting allows you to consult the files outside the platform or simply to share them with outsiders.

Different types of exports 

There are two types of exports on the platform : 

  1. Excel export: find the selected files in an Excel table. 
The selected candidates are in row.
The information related to your course forms and candidate account is arranged in columns.
  1. Export archive: find the files of the selected candidates in the form of a zip file.
The archive of a candidate file consists of : 

  1. Forms completed by the candidate in pdf format
  2. Documents submitted by the candidate (CV, word document, photos, videos...)

How do I export?

It's very simple, just follow these steps: 
  1. Go to your program, on the "Deposits" menu
  2. Filter and select the candidates you want to export
  1. Remember to "Select all elements" (otherwise the export will only be done on the first 20 lines of the table)

  1. Then click on the "Export" button and select the desired type of export (excel or archive)

Downloading the export

Several criteria should be taken into account when determining the duration of the download: 
  1. The number of files selected
  2. The weight of each file

For Excel exports

  1. Below 50 files, the download will be immediate
  1. For more than 50 records, the Excel export will be provided to you via a download link that you will receive by email.
The download may take several minutes depending on the weight and number of files requested.

For export in archive 

  1. No matter how many files you select, the archive will always be sent to you via a download link that you receive by email.
The download may take several minutes depending on the weight and number of files requested.
There you go! You have just received your archive which contains a zip folder with the files of the selected candidates.
