What are the different types of programs available on the platform?

It's important to understand the status of programs on our platform. This will enable you to know whether a program is accessible, in preparation, or has already been completed. Here are the key distinctions:

Offline VS Online 

  • Offline : 
    • An “offline” program is not published.
    • It is not visible on the public interface.
    • Users cannot access program information, dates or details.





  • Online :
    • An “online” program is published and accessible to all.
    • Information, dates and details are visible.
    • Users can consult, register or participate, depending on the status of the program.




Open and Closed programs

  • Closed program :
    • The program is “closed” when it has passed or has not yet started.
    • It may be visible on the platform, but registration or participation is not possible.
    • Closed programs are used to inform users about past or future events.



  • Open program :
    • An “open” program is active between its opening and closing dates.
    • Users can register, participate and interact with the content.
