The STANDBY Plan

The STANDBY Plan

How to activate the STANDBY Plan ?

On your platform, you can subscribe to a plan according to your needs. The Standby plan allows you to "sleep" your platform for one year. With the exception of file consultation by "Admin" profiles and modification of legal notices, all other actions are blocked (program creation, form modification, etc.). This plan enables you to keep your portal configuration and data. The cost is lower than for a classic plan, as we simply ask you to contribute to the cost of data storage. Actions on this plan are limited: you won't be able to create new programs or export repositories, for example. However, you can "wake up" your platform by taking out a new subscription at any time. When you return to a conventional subscription, you'll find your platform just as you found it.

Read the article on how to return to a classic offer: Evolve your offer
  1. Once your subscription has expired, you'll see this interface. It is possible to activate the standby plan in advance. To activate it, click on the "Activate STANDBY Plan" button.
The STANDBY plan is annual, but the customer can return to a classic plan at any time.

  1. Then choose the standby plan offer by clicking on "Standby".

  1. And choose the annual subscription, then click on the "Next" button.

  1. You'll need to enter your billing address information by clicking on the "Modify billing address" button.

  1. Then choose your payment method. You can add a credit card by clicking on the "+" button next to it, or opt for SEPA Direct Debit by clicking on the corresponding "+" button.

When choosing the credit card payment method, you will need to enter the following information, then click on the "Save" button:
  1. Cardholder's name
  2. Card number
  3. Expiry date
  4. CVC

  1. Once your credit card has been added, you will be able to view the added card information on the platform.

  1. If the payment is to be made using the SEPA Direct Debit method, you will need to fill in this mandatory information, then click on the "Save" button.

  1. Finally, to finalize payment, please read the terms and conditions of the platform. Tick the boxes indicating that you have read and accept the general terms and conditions, the appendix relating to the processing of personal data and the terms of service of the WIIN.io service published by DAVESE SAS. In addition, tick the box stating "I accept the immediate execution of my order". Finally, click on the "Pay" button.

  1. When you click on the "Pay" button, if all the information is correct, you'll see this interface with the message: "Your order #Order number has been processed successfully!", and you'll have to click on the "Access the platform" button to return to the administrator area.

  1. Your standby plan is activated

  1. Once the standby plan has been activated, the "Create program" and "Share" buttons are automatically disabled.

  1. In your program, all action buttons will be disabled except for the "View" button.

  1. On the public interface, you'll only have your home page, without the call-to-action buttons.
