How do I reopen a finalized deposit ?
On your platform, you can reopen a deposit. The action of reopening a deposit allows the applicant to modify and resubmit their file.
To reopen a deposit, please follow the steps below :
- Open the "Deposits" menu
- Click on "Finalized deposits".
- Click on the repository to be reopened, then on "Steps".
- Select the last step, then click on "Reopen the application".
You will receive a message indicating that you are about to reopen the application. The respondent will be able to modify his file again.
- Then click on "Reopen the file".
- Once the deposit is reopened, you'll see this interface.
