Send e-mails to collaborators in your program

How do you send an e-mail to your program's collaborators ?

On your platform, you can send e-mails to your colleagues. To do so, please follow the steps below :
  1. In your program, click on the “Collaborators” menu.


  1. You will then see a list of your collaborators. You can filter this list by role, workgroup, e-mail status or access type.



  1. You will then need to select those to whom the e-mail will be sent by ticking the box next to their name.



  1. Click on the “Send e-mail” button, select the e-mail template to be sent, then click on the “Send” button.

  1. You will see the following interface with this message: “You are about to send an e-mail to the selected respondents. This operation may take a few minutes and will be irreversible. Do you wish to continue?” Then click on the “Send e-mail” button.
Collaborators with unconfirmed accounts cannot receive e-mails sent from the program.
